An hour-long virtual community care meeting. Come as you are—no pressure to share if you aren’t up for it. Only requirements are non-judgement and a supportive attitude. 

Meeting agenda:

• Land acknowledgement and grounding practice

• Open call for urgent shares (an opportunity for anyone struggling to share before we get into the main topic)

• Topic: Deconstructing Racism

  • Facilitator will share personal experience with deconstructing racism

  • Facilitator will share some tools to help approach our own racism from a place of non-judgement

  • Open sharing about personal experience

• Breath work and closing
