An in-person community care meeting in Simsbury, CT. We’ll start with a grounding exercise, then go into open share time. We’ll have 30 minutes of mingling time at the end. Come as you are—no pressure to share if you aren’t up for it. Only requirements are non-judgement and a supportive attitude.
