• Open call for urgent shares (an opportunity for anyone struggling to share before we get into the main topic)

• Topic: Perfectionism

  • Facilitator will share personal experience with perfectionism and embracing imperfection

  • Open sharing about personal experience

  • Facilitator will share some tools to help with perfectionist tendencies

• Breath work and closing
