• Land acknowledgement and grounding practice

• Open call for urgent shares (an opportunity for anyone struggling to share before we get into the main topic)

• Topic: Relationships and communication

  • Facilitator will share personal experience with relationship and communication challenges

  • Open sharing about personal experience

  • Facilitator will share some tools to help with communication and relationship issues

• Breath work and closing
